What is Noor Footwear’s Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Cancellation must be intimated to our Customer Support at +92 327 3693007 or through WhatsApp number prior to processing. However, please note that once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Noor Footwear may also cancel orders for any reason, such as:

1. Incomplete Information
2. Unable to connect or no response from customer
3. you have chosen ‘Online Bank Transfer’ as method of payment but have not shared payment reference for more than 2 working days and/ or you have placed the same order twice. We may cancel one order if no response is received from your end.
